As an Operations Zone Manager a typical day might include the following:

Strategic leadership:
Develop and execute strategic plans for operations, maintenance and growth for each campus aligning with organizational goals and objectives.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness across all sites.
Collaborate with senior management to set and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) for each campus.
Create SOPs for process improvement when appropriate
Gather information and feedback of the technology deployed within the campus

Financial Management:
Manage the budget of each campus, optimizing resource allocation and cost control measures.
Monitor financial performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure budgetary targets are met.

Expansion and Site Management:
Oversee the process of opening new sites, including setting up offices, accommodations, transportation logistics, and onboarding of facilities and services.
Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and operational readiness of new sites.
Implement the new tech developments within it assigned campuses

Personnel Development:
Lead a Junior team for maximizing productivity and efficiency for each person.
Conduct weekly meetings with Operations Coordinators to provide guidance, support, and performance feedback.
Mentor and guide university interns, including regular 1:1 sessions, liaison with tutors, and performance documentation.

Compliance and Relationship Management:
Responsible for managing key communications with stakeholders regarding Operations, growth and engagement.
Ensure adherence to the company's Conduct Code and Rules of Coexistence at all campuses, fostering a culture of ethics and compliance.
Manage relationships with stakeholders staff, including reporting, activity alignment, and resolution of operational issues.
Achieve positive NPS and CSAT for its assigned sites

Performance Reporting:
Track and report on key objectives and results (OKRs) for each campus, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Execute Monthly business reviews with top clients for ensuring alignment and target achievement.
Achieve overall performance of the campus according to the Operating Plan.
Create data driven action plans for the clients when it's needed.

Experience managing teams.
Experience in a logistic or operations management environment, preferably in startUps.
Strong analytical skills for solving complex problems.
Knowledge of US culture.
Strong decision-making skills.
Have a data-driven approach and people analytics experience.
You’re result-driven with an obsession with details.
Excellent communication skills written and spoken in both Spanish and English. Experience working closely and communicating effectively with a diverse set of stakeholders in an ever-changing, rapid-growth environment.
You might also have:
Experience in multi-site operations management.
A bachelor degree in: Industrial Engineering, Administration, Human Resources
Familiarity with relevant software and tools for budget management and performance tracking.
Experience in international business or cross-cultural management.
Certification in project management or operations management.
Familiarity with the food service industry or hospitality management.
Experience with remote team management or distributed workforce.
Familiarity with compliance standards and regulations in various jurisdictions.
Strong networking skills and ability to foster relationships with key industry partners.
