Improvement Analyst

We are looking for a skilled and motivated improvement analyst to move the future with us. This is a mid-level role that will help automate and optimize operational processes while supporting the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The ideal candidate will have experience in automation, cost controlling, and process improvement, with a good foundation in programming (Python) to build tools and solutions that drive efficiency.

As an Improvement Analyst a typical day might include the following:

  • Automation & Tools Development: Work with the team to design and implement automation processes and tools that improve operational efficiency.

  • Process Improvement: Analyze current workflows, identify improvement areas, and implement strategies to optimize operations.

  • Cost Control: Monitor costs related to automation projects, helping ensure cost-effective solutions.

  • SOP Development: Assist in creating, documenting, and maintaining SOPs for operations.

  • Support Campus Launches: Contribute to the launch of new campuses by ensuring smooth operational processes and automation implementation.

This job might be the right one for you if:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.

  • Experience: 2-3 years in TechOps, process improvement, or automation-related roles.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in Python for tool development and process automation.

    • Experience with automation tools (e.g., Zapier, UiPath).

    • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud) and ERP systems is a plus.

  • Soft Skills:

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

    • Good communication skills, both written and verbal in english

    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
