Logistics Warehouse Analyst

As a Logistics Warehouse Analyst, you will provide operational and technical support for inventory management, warehouse stock, and inventory movement control projects at a national and international level, closely monitoring field operations that require constant shipment movement. Additionally, you will support automation processes and the use of inventory and cargo control tools at both local and national levels.
The ideal candidate for this position is an organized, collaborative, and autonomous individual with strong process management skills, as well as proficiency in platforms such as Excel or Google Suites. You will work in a constantly changing environment and must have experience fostering employee engagement through clear communication, as well as being comfortable handling complex and diversified requests that are critical to Kiwibot's long-term success.
Location: United States - On-site.
A typical day as a Logistics Warehouse Analyst may include:
Managing the inbound and outbound inventory flow, receiving shipments from various locations across the United States and worldwide.
Organizing inventory according to the instructions from the Maintenance and Hardware & Manufacturing teams.
Preparing inventory entry and exit documents through formal records and technological platforms.
Handling shipments to different destinations by packaging inventory and delivering it to logistics operators.
Assisting visits from corporate leaders, auditors, and warehouse supervisors.
Executing projects aimed at controlling inventory movement at a corporate level.
This job might be the right fit for you if:
You have a technical or university degree in business administration, industrial engineering, logistics, or international trade.
You have 6 months to 1 year of experience in inventory control management and handling storage platforms (Excel and Google Suite).
You possess excellent organizational skills.
You have worked in fast-growing environments.
You speak and write English fluently.
You have proficiency with Google Suite.
You have a U.S. visa or residency.
You might stand out even more if you:
Speak Spanish (we are a Latin American startup!).
Have demonstrated interest in logistics, supply chain, or on-demand services.
Have experience managing change processes.
Have successfully started or scaled startups.
Have strong technology skills.
Are available to travel to the United States.
