As a Logistics Administrative Analyst, you will provide administrative support to Kiwibot's logistics department, focusing on managing travel itineraries for the entire company. This includes researching and purchasing tickets from different airlines, processing international insurance, managing accommodation platforms, and handling logistical instructions for each traveler. Additionally, you will assist with the preparation of weekly and monthly financial reports, expense legalization, and organizing documents for the logistics department.
The ideal candidate for this position is energetic, collaborative, organized, detail-oriented, and has strong communication and analytical skills. They also possess customer service expertise, can work under pressure, and excel in a team environment. You will work in a constantly changing environment and must have experience fostering employee engagement through clear communication, as well as managing complex and diverse requests critical to Kiwibot’s long-term success.
Location: Bogotá - On-site
As a Logistics Analyst a typical day might include the following:
- Purchasing travel itineraries within Colombia and the U.S., based on company-wide requests.
- Creating and managing documents for the "traveler package," including invitation letters and international insurance.
- Drafting and sending travel instructions for both ground and air transportation.
- Purchasing and arranging ground transportation from airports to enhance traveler experiences.
- Handling and resolving requests from Operations and other departments related to itinerary purchases, hotel reservations, ground transportation, and document preparation.
- Managing and liaising with accommodation platforms such as Expedia, Airbnb, and Booking Business.
- Requesting international insurance for operational travelers.
- Leading event planning initiatives.
- Creating weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly reports.
- Reviewing financial aspects within the department: generating weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly financial reports to identify risk factors and areas for improvement, optimizing expenses.

- You have a technical or university degree in business administration, hospitality and tourism administration, bilingual executive administration, or finance.
- You have 1 year of experience purchasing travel itineraries, working with travel agencies, creating financial reports, and legalizing expenses.
- You possess analytical and quantitative skills.
- You have excellent communication, attention to detail, organizational, and customer service skills.
- You are willing to work under pressure and in a collaborative team environment.
- You have worked in fast-growing environments.
- You speak and write English fluently.
- You are proficient in Google Suite.
You might have also had:
- Speak Spanish (we are a Latin American startup!).
- Have demonstrated interest in administrative logistics.
- Have experience in travel agencies.
- Possess strong financial skills.Have successfully started or scaled startups.
- Have strong technological skills.
- Are available to work on-site in Bogotá.
